Retraining Opportunities for Workers Impacted by Layoffs

The Personnel Commission’s Classified Training Branch is working with LAUSDto offer training opportunities to help workers affected by the layoffs. Opportunities include training for: Food Production Worker, Maintenance Worker, Police Officer, and School Safety Officer. Additionally, there are workshops on: Job Search & Test-Taking Strategies, Resume Writing, Job Interviews and more.
