Our LACOE Bargaining Team reached a Tentative Agreement (TA) for the 2017-2018 re-opener negotiations on September 4. The terms of this TA are subject to a ratification vote by the SEIU Local 99 membership, and include:
ARTICLE – COMPENSATION
3% on-schedule salary increase for all bargaining unit members, retroactive to July 1, 2017.
APPENDIX J – ROSE AGREEMENT
Update to include one-year extension on performance evaluation pilot program (to continue through June 30, 2019).
APPENDIX K – MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING/ALTERNATE WORK SCHEDULES
Pilot program to clarify standards and procedures for Alternate Work Schedules (AWS), through June 30, 2019.
