Delanni Johnson’s program is designed to rebuild the body and mind through aerobics and yoga, two different concepts with the same end goal — a healthy mind and a healthy body. Included in the workouts are healthy mind affirmations and positive encouragement.

THE AEROBICS CLASS is a beginner level 1 class designed to build awareness about staying healthy in mind and building core, reducing weight, while toning and firming up those trouble areas. There are also fun fitness challenges to keep the blood flowing, goals set, and expectations met! The workouts are constantly changing with updated moves and style of approach to keep classes interesting and fun.

THE YOGA CLASS is a beginner level 1 Vinyasa Flow class. Deanni’s class creates a harmonizing system of development for the body, mind and spirit. Throughout the practice or “yoga flow exercise” and breathing techniques, you will find balance and core strength and explore overcoming limitations in the body. You will do this through a series of poses created to warm the body to shed weight and release toxins while toning and firming the body. Your body will transform and you will get stronger both mentally and physically.  Warning this is definitely not your typical yoga class! You will relax, you will enjoy yourself thoroughly, and you will get a workout.

More About Instructor Delanni Johnson
Delanni is a group fitness instructor, personal trainer and nutrition coach, with a wealth of experience helping people of all ages, walks of life, and fitness levels reach their goals.  I train from my heart and soul that’s why each class will always be slightly different,” says Delanni. “My students and peers are what motivate me to give my all in every class. It’s through my own personal fitness experiences that I can empathize with my students and understand what they are feeling and what they are expecting from me as a trainer. When you partner with me, you benefit from a smart approach to fitness that just plain works better.”

Free classes available at all three SEIU Local 99 offices. All fitness levels welcome. Enrollment is limited. First come, first served.

Aerobics class is 6-7pm followed by yoga 7-8pm.
