On January 1, 2022, the new rate increases won in our contract with the state will take effect. Funding secured in the contract should be sufficient to raise all providers’ rates to at least a 15% increase over the current Regional Market Rate (RMR) ceilings.

In counties that do not reflect a 15% increase in the RMR, providers will be seeing the increase through the Supplemental Funding that is currently being determined in our Joint Labor Management Committee discussions with the state. More updates on the supplemental funding will be coming soon.

Our contract ensures that providers can update their rate sheets to take effect 60 days after submission.

It’s time to update your rate sheets to ensure you receive the negotiated increases starting next year. Below are sample rate sheets for licensed and license-exempt providers you can use.
