Ventura County Community College District: Tentative Agreement Ratified! Members overwhelmingly voted YES View Larger Image The Ventura County Community College Distrct Contract Ratification was certified on Thursday, November 3, with members voting overwhelmingly in favor of the 2022-2025 agreement. The three-year agreement (effective July 1, 2022- June 30, 2025) includes: Hours and Overtime Management must give a 30 calendar day advanced notice to change work schedules and it must be tied to operational needs. Salary 8% on-schedule salary increase, retroactive to July 1, 2022. 4% on-schedule salary increase, effective July 1, 2023. One-time off-schedule payment equal to 2% of each employee’s annual salary, paid within 90 days of ratification. Wage reopener for 2024-2025. Increase Longevity Pay Holidays Juneteenth will be added as a paid holiday Each person employed as of Juneteenth 2021 will receive an additional 8-hour Floating Holiday to observe Juneteenth 2021. Leaves Reporting sick leave or injury by voice, text, or email to the supervisor or designee Bonding Leave- NEW! The minimum leave is two weeks.
