Call for Nominations and Election Process

Take the lead to continue to improve jobs and student services at LACCD. Here are two opportunities to make your voice heard on our next contract and in addressing worksite issues.

Join the Labor Management Committee (LMC)

This committee is made-up of members who meet regularly with district administrators to find solutions to worksite problems, improve working conditions, and improve the student services we provide. Members of the team receive training, receive union leave from work, and are paid their regular wages during times when they must miss work in order to participate in Labor Management Committee meetings.

The Labor Management Committee is made-up of one member from each college and one alternate from each college.

Nomination Process for Labor Management Committee
