Wage Increases & Increases in Employee Benefits Ratified for SEIU Local 99 Members at Pleasant Valley School District (PVSD)

Members voted ‘YES’ to ratify the tentative agreement

SEIU Local 99 bargaining team members voted to ratify the tentative agreement that was secured at Pleasant Valley for their 2023-2026 successor agreement. 

Members voted ‘YES’ to a 4.15% salary increase retroactive to July 1, 2023.

Voting ‘YES’ also included increases to employee benefits as follows:

  • A $500 increase for 1 party ($11,100) 
  • A $1,250 increase for 2 party ($17,700) 
  • A $2,000 increase for family ($22,850) 

Plus:

  • 5 days of paid leave for reproductive loss for any unit member employed by the district for at least 30 days.

SEIU Local 99 bargaining team will re-enter negotiations before the 2024-2025 school year to negotiate the observance of the Juneteenth holiday with PVSD.
