Your Labor Management Committee (LMC) is working hard to address the issues that matter most to SEIU Local 99 members at MAOF. On November 12, 2024, we met with management to push for clarity, improvements, and solutions on several key topics:

• Health Insurance: Members raised questions about health insurance plans. We are seeking clear information to ensure everyone understands their benefits.
• 403(B) Retirement Plan: We requested clarity on the retirement plan options and details to help members make informed decisions about their financial futures.
• Office Equipment & Breakrooms: Concerns about the condition and availability of office equipment and breakroom resources were discussed. We’re advocating for better facilities to support your daily work.
• Workload for FSA’s & Home Visitors: We addressed the challenges of heavy workloads for Family Support Assistants (FSA) and Home Visitors. This remains a priority as we push for solutions to create fairer and more manageable workloads.

Our next meeting with management is scheduled for Tuesday, January 14, 2025, from 2:30 PM – 4:00 PM at the MAOF headquarters.
