The votes are in, and SEIU Local 99 members at MAOF have overwhelmingly voted YES to ratify the 2024-2025 Wage Increase Tentative Agreement!

Thanks to the strength and unity of SEIU Local 99 members, we have secured meaningful wage increases for workers in the following programs:

✅ LACOE & Direct Grant: 2.35% COLA (Retroactive to July 1 & Sept. 1, 2024)
✅ VOA Program: 8% COLA (Retroactive to July 1, 2024)

This victory is a direct result of our collective action and commitment to fair wages and workplace improvements.

Members under LACOE & Direct Grant programs should have already received their increases.

Members under VOA Program should be receiving their pay increases no later than April 23, 2025.

Members under CCPS & USDA will be going back to the bargaining table before the end of the fiscal year to negotiate wage increases.
