For months, Options management has been stalling negotiations and disrespecting our voices at the table. Instead of coming to the bargaining table ready to reach a fair agreement, they are:

• Dragging out talks to delay progress
• Scheduling sessions after hours when members can’t participate
• Shutting workers out of the process that directly affects our livelihoods

This is bad faith bargaining, and it’s against the law.

We’ve filed an Unfair Labor Practice charge with the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) to hold management accountable. These are our charges.
