As frontline education workers, we are essential to creating a clean, safe, and supportive learning environment for students at Los Angeles Community College District (LACCD). But too often, management’s behavior creates a hostile workplace:

• Harassment, threats, and stalking
• Verbal and physical abuse
• Retaliation, insults, and dismissive treatment

We say ENOUGH!

“We will not tolerate abuse, retaliation, or bullying. We stand together for safety and respect.”
— Alberto Bautista, Gardener at LA Trade Tech

Stand Up, Fight Back!
