Despite our critical contributions to student learning, the Los Angeles Community College District (LACCD) allows unsafe and disrespectful working conditions that harm both workers and students. Too many of us face:

• Harassment, threats, and stalking
• Verbal and physical abuse
• Retaliation, insults, and dismissive treatment

Without a safe and respectful workplace at LACCD student safety is put at risk, clean and supportive campuses are jeopardized, and students lose access to the full services they deserve.

SEIU Local 99 education workers are fighting back and demanding that LACCD ensure:

• A safe working environment free of harassment and abuse
• Respectful treatment of all workers
• Accountability from management and district leadership
