SEIU Local 99 members at LACCD are voting to ratify the tentative agreement for the 2025-2026 Economic Contract Reopener & Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).

This vote gives members the opportunity to decide whether to accept the tentative agreement reached through negotiations. The agreement includes increases to the career differential and education differential retroactive to July 1, 2025, as well as an MOU to clarify current contract language.

Voting opens: March 30 at 7:00 a.m.
Voting closes: April 3 at 4:00 p.m.
