SEIU Local 99 members at LACCD have voted to ratify the tentative agreement for the 2025-2026 Economic Contract Reopener & Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).

This strong support sends a clear message: when members stand together, we win improvements and move our contract forward.

What’s in the Tentative Agreement?

The tentative agreement includes:

• Increase to the career differential
• Increase to the education differential
• Both increases retroactive to July 1, 2025
• MOU to clarify current contract language

This victory didn’t happen on its own. It’s the result of members staying engaged, participating in the process, and making their voices heard.
