No more errors. No more delays! 

SEIU Local 99 is actively fighting to ensure that Compton Unified pays out the second retroactive payment due to impacted members to fulfill the 2024 1% wage table settlement agreement. There have been delays in the payout because CUSD admitted that they made mistakes in figuring out how much workers are owed.  

The payout goes back to a grievance filed because CUSD was violating our contract by not paying the required 1% salary difference between supervisors and the employees being supervised.  Members fought back, filed a grievance, and won. CUSD paid the first money due under the settlement agreement, but they've been stalling on the second pay out.  

Enough is enough!  It's time for CUSD to fix their mistakes and pay-up!  SEIU Local 99 members are standing strong to hold CUSD accountable, including taking this issue directly to school board members, to ensure that members receive what they fought for and won.
