Providers elect our SEIU Local 99/CCPU Negotiations Team

Providers have nominated SEIU99/CCPU members to be part of the bargaining team that will negotiate child care providers’ second contract with the state of California. The bargaining team will be made up of members from SEIU Local 99, SEIU Local 521, and AFSCME-UDW 3930.   SEIU99/CCPU members elected to be part of the negotiations team will work with the statewide team to develop proposals based on provider priorities identified in the bargaining survey.
